Risotto with Barolo wine (Risotto al barolo)

Ingeredients :

  • 250g of Carnaroli rice
  • 50g of butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 2 glasses of Barolo
  • Broth q.s.
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions :

  1. In a saucepan, brown some chopped onion in butter with a bay leaf; then add the rice and allow it to absorb the flavors.
  2. Pour the wine and allow it to evaporate.
  3. cooking the risotto.
