Risotto with Barolo wine (Risotto al barolo) is one of the typical Italian foods made with Carnaroli rice, butter etc. For more details can see the table below :
Ingeredients :
- 250g of Carnaroli rice
- 50g of butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 2 glasses of Barolo
- Broth q.s.
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions :
- In a saucepan, brown some chopped onion in butter with a bay leaf; then add the rice and allow it to absorb the flavors.
- Pour the wine and allow it to evaporate.
