Instructions for Fry Potatoes
- These wonderful potato pancakes can be made according to your taste.
- You can add onions or any other vegetable.
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into strips with a grater or even slice and place them in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- The mixture should not be too thick nor too thin.
- Pour a little oil into a shallow frying pan, put in your mixture until the pan is covered with the grated potatoes evenly, cook on a medium flame.
- Sauté the pancake on both sides until it becomes golden brown.
- Serve hot with some blueberry jam, grilled sausages or veggies.
