Instructions for Fry Potatoes

  1. These wonderful potato pancakes can be made according to your taste.
  2. You can add onions or any other vegetable.
  3. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into strips with a grater or even slice and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. The mixture should not be too thick nor too thin.
  6. Pour a little oil into a shallow frying pan, put in your mixture until the pan is covered with the grated potatoes evenly, cook on a medium flame.
  7. Sauté the pancake on both sides until it becomes golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with some blueberry jam, grilled sausages or veggies.
